Group Fitness Announcements:

BOOT CAMP RELEASE 7 will be introduced the week of January 17th.  All Boot Camp classes that week will be team taught.  Get in on the fun from the beginning. This is a class that meets all fitness levels.

Nutrition on a Budget

In the beginning of this year I made a commitment to my health. I began taking group classes here at Exertec and stuck with them. I never imagined the dramatic results that could be achieved in a relatively short amount of time. I have lost the desired weight and I no longer need to be on blood pressure medication. I have reached my goals through hard work and the motivation from the instructors in the group classes.
