What led to your decision to use a Personal Trainer?

Wanted to be scheduled, learn a new routines and equipment, keep track of measurements and heart rate.

How would you describe your experience with your Personal Trainer?

Excellent, (Amanda) keeps me on track, refreshed, helps with my specific needs (bone spur in my left knee). Very encouraging!

What did you find most surprising about working with a Personal Trainer?

1. By meeting every other week, my 10 sessions last half a year. Very cost effective.

2. Keeping track of workouts keeps me on track.

What do you find most valuable about working with a Personal Trainer?

My personal workout calendar and binder of accomplishments.  I can see me improvement on paper!  Amanda is a punctual, prepared, enthusiastic and genuine.  She is a fabulous trainer and I recommend her to my friends.
