What led to your decision to use a Personal Trainer?
I was having a difficult time reaching my goals on my own. I knew the basics, but I needed someone to teach me more, teach me how to reach my goals faster and properly.
How would you describe your experience with your Personal Trainer?
I have had a great experience working with Ryan. He keeps me on my toes and continues to push me. Which is exactly what I requested when I first started working with Ryan.
What did you find most surprising about working with a Personal Trainer?
The diversity! When I worked out on my own I had my set routine and that was that. I can’t believe how much I’ve learned, all the different types of exercises for one muscle groups! I thought I was a routine person when it came to working out, but I love to switch it up and I think that has been a major factor in reaching my goals.
What do you find most valuable about working with a Personal Trainer?
Without a question it’s the accountability. It’s very easy for me to skip my workout or to fall into bad habits, especially on those mornings following a night with the kids. Ever since working with Ryan I have stayed committed and continue working hard, if I wasn’t working with Ryan I know I would have fallen off the track months ago, but now with his help I have reached and surpassed my goal of reaching pre-pregnancy weight!
