Club Updates

 Memorial Day hours will be 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Members: This week's Bottle Rock is expected to create traffic issues especially around downtown. You might consider walking or riding a bike to Exertec to avoid any frustrations with traffic and parking. We open the club at our usual times but will close at 8:00pm on both Thursday and Friday. Group X class schedule has also been modified. There will be no GX classes after the 9:30am classes on Thursday and Friday. No classes on Saturday and Sunday.

 We will be open on Monday 2/18/13, Presidents' Day from 8:00am to 10:00pm.

National Volunteer Week is coming up again!

We will be volunteering our time in the following projects:

4/18 at 3:30pm Aldea Children & Family Services: General garden project at a youth home site. 

4/20 at 9am Cope Family Center sustainable garden: Summer planting and garden re-vamp

4/21 at 7:45am Cycle 4 Sight: Involves serving drinks and snacks to the riders. All volunteers receive t-shirts and free admission to Cycle for Sight festival!

The club will be closed from Saturday 2/18 at 2:00pm to Monday 2/20 at 7:00am due to a required PG&E maintenance in the area. We apologize for the inconvenience that this may cause.

Keep in mind the health club isn't the only place you can be active!

Join Exertec employees and members, and register and participate in the 2011 MPS Run for your Life. It’s a 5k run/family walk in Novato on Sunday, 10/2/11.
