Exertec offers a number of classes for every fitness level. Classes are a great way to achieve you fitness goals or to add variety to your routine while keeping motivation high. Check the schedule or look at the class description list to find a class right for you.

Aqua Zumba

Aqua Zumba blends the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines. This cardio conditioning, body toning water workout is exhilarating beyond belief. Join the pool party today. Hooting and Hollering are highly encouraged!

Body Pump

The original barbell workout produced by LesMills that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute program challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts, and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight, inspire you to get the results you came for  --  and fast!

Body Sculpt

Expect to “feel the burn”, in this class that is designed to increase your fitness level through muscular strength and endurance. This class requires no coordination and appeals to beginners and advanced exercisers, as well as men and women alike. Props include, step platforms, weights, dynabands, body bars, fitness balls, and exercise tubing, to name a few.  All you need to bring is yourself and a winning attitude!

Body Sculpt Express

Body Step

This energizing step class produced by LesMills will utilize an adjustable step and fun choreography. You will move over, on and around the step. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by conditioning tracks that shape and tone your lower body. Approachable instructors, motivating music and one amazing workout, make this class a must!

Body Step Level 1

All the fun of Body Step taken down a notch. Class will focus on form and technique as well as providing level 1 options for all moves that come with a "typical" Body Step Class.

Boot Camp

Boot Camp is designed specifically to challenge & increase your cardiovascular fitness level. Class will include timed skills and drills, with options to kick it up a notch, or take it down a notch. Take this class and reap the fitness benefits!

Boot Camp Express

Get in and get out. This class reflects its name. Boot Camp is designed specifically to challenge & increase your cardiovascular fitness level. Class will include timed skills and drills, with options to kick it up a notch, or take it down a notch. Take this class and reap the fitness benefits!

Circuit

If you are new to exercise, then this is your class! Participants will be guided through a pre-set circuit, which alternates short intervals of cardiovascular training with muscle conditioning. The use of hydraulic equipment allows you to enjoy your workout while minimizing muscle soreness that often accompanies a new exercise program.

Cycle

If you are looking for one high-intensity, high-caloric expenditure workout, this is your class! Choreographed to motivating music, one of our certified Cycle Reebok trainers will guide you through the ride of your life! Be prepared to sweat!! Don’t forget your water and towel.  Note:  Pedals are SPD compatible.

Workout to motivating music and creative routines that are pre-choreographed to keep you engaged and wanting more.  Workouts are designed to be diverse, fun, motivating and effective.

Liquid

All Exertec water exercises classes are called Liquid classes.

Liquid Interval:

Take Interval Training to the max, and put it in the pool. Twice the effort, and two times the results! “Discover the Liquid Gym”. You will burn calories, shape and tone your entire body, increase your strength, increase your endurance, and lose weight. This powerful Interval Workout, with all of its numerous and well known benefits, makes this class a must in your weekly fitness schedule.

Liquid Blast:

This class can be a different experience each and every time. Expect the unexpected. Take the boredom out of your workout and plunge into a “Liquid Blast” instead!

Liquid Fitness:

Utilize the natural resistance of the water and achieve a well balanced, total body workout.  This class will include an extended cardio section, followed by a strength training section designed to tone and shape from head to toe.  You can expect to experience pre-choreographed low impact combinations, as well as skills and drills.

Pilates Mat

A conditioning system designed to develop core support, strengthening the entire abdominal network, as well as improving flexibility. Pilates is a highly adaptable program geared toward all levels of fitness. The class requires no props and will enhance freedom of movement as well as support for movement. All members can benefit from this class and are encouraged to participate.

PiYo Strength

Beginning class is beginning level PiYo, with minimal transitions between standing and seated exercises. 

SPIN-A-THON

Strength

Strength training from the “inside” out.  It is a class of dynamic, integrated movement utilizing all types of equipment from dumb-bells to bands to body weight.  Strength, Stamina, and Endurance are at the “Core” of this workout.

Strength Express

Stretch and Tone Express

Experience a more “gentle” approach to muscle toning and strengthening. Class is designed around a variety of props including body weight, dumbbells, body bars and exercise tubing. Class will conclude with a relaxing 15-minute stretch. Attend this class, and you can expect to build a “stronger” body, while decreasing the chance of injury.

Turbokick

A high-energy class designed with an athletic warm-up, a fun & safe pre-choreographed cardio section, utilizing intervals from kickboxing, boxing and hip-hop, combined with lower intensity recovery intervals. If you are looking for excitement, challenge and motivational music, Turbokick is your class!

U-JAM®

U-JAM:  This class unites world beats with an urban flavor that will take you around the world from Hip-Hop to Bollywood.  Easy to learn dance steps choreographed to high energy music that will make you sweat and leave you craving for more!

Upper Cut Cycle

 The intention of this class is to offset the "rounded back" syndrome encouraged in the cycling position. Our focus will be the "back" of the body. Along with all the traditional benefits of indoor cycling, you will increase core strength, upper body strength, balance, & coordination.

Yoga - Level I

You will experience yoga in a more relaxing and gentle style. Great for beginners & anyone looking to stretch the entire body, calm the mind, and de-compress.

Yoga - Mixed Level

A class designed for all participants from the novice to the seasoned yoga practitioner. Instructors will emphasize postural technique as well as breathing techniques, while building endurance and strength. Movement patterns will flow easily with breathing patterns, enhancing and connecting the mind, the body and the spirit.
