Expect to “feel the burn”, in this class that is designed to increase your fitness level through muscular strength and endurance. This class requires no coordination and appeals to beginners and advanced exercisers, as well as men and women alike. Props include, step platforms, weights, dynabands, body bars, fitness balls, and exercise tubing, to name a few.  All you need to bring is yourself and a winning attitude!

Express classes are 45 minutes
