If you are new to exercise, then this is your class! Participants will be guided through a pre-set circuit, which alternates short intervals of cardiovascular training with muscle conditioning. The use of hydraulic equipment allows you to enjoy your workout while minimizing muscle soreness that often accompanies a new exercise program.

Express classes are 45 minutes
