Essentially you are investing in yourself and your health and fitness. For every hour spent with a trainer you are increasing your knowledge and experience with proper exercise selection, form, and level. Every client is different and has different goals so there are no cookie-cutter programs. Each customized experience is developed based on a clients goals and fitness level while addressing any/all injuries or imbalances.

Many ways!

First of all how current is your program? If it's the same one you've been doing since high school chances are your body has changed and that program may not be appropriate. Even if your program is only a month or two old - it's probably time to progress it. Our bodies have the ability to adapt beautifully - great for survival but not so great for fat loss/ muscle gain.  We need to constantly tweak our fitness programs so our bodies don't get to used to the same exercises. So if you've hit a plateau chances are it's time to change your program. Personal trainers will show you how to change up your current program or give you new ones to keep from getting stagnant. There are so many more variables that a trainer can use to change up a program other than to just increase weight, reps and sets. Set up an appointment with a trainer today and come and see what we have to offer for you!

All our Personal Trainers have current certifications from Nationally and Internationally recognized professional fitness organizations. In addition to basic Certified Personal Training certifications, most of our trainers have additional certifications for special populations such as sports performance and conditioning, fitness for cancer patients, pre and post-natal, Corrective Exercises, etc (could include others).
