First of all how current is your program? If it's the same one you've been doing since high school chances are your body has changed and that program may not be appropriate. Even if your program is only a month or two old - it's probably time to progress it. Our bodies have the ability to adapt beautifully - great for survival but not so great for fat loss/ muscle gain.
