Group fitness classes are a great way to vary your workouts so you stay motivated and inspired to reach your fitness goals. Whether you want to lose weight, get stronger, or just relieve stress, all you have to do is show up at any of our more than 50 classes offered per week complimentary with your membership. We offer classes for every fitness level and there’s something for everyone.

Continuing classes that consistently average below 10 attendees are not considered to be in the best interest of the majority of our members and are subject to change and/or cancellation at any time.
