Juan has practiced yoga since 1975. His teacher training in Hatha Yoga combined with his chiropractic training; reflect the focus of his classes. Juan lives in Napa with his wife, daughter, and miniature red poodle, Lucy. The landscaping around their home is mostly “edible”. His property comes with 80 fruit trees and 250 square feet of planting beds. As a result Juan spends a good amount of time making jams, canning and freezing to preserve whatever cannot be consumed.
