- Consult: Sit down one-on-one with you to hear YOUR STORY. It’s our job to consider your fitness history and where you want to be to help you formulate realistic, measurable goals and give you a personalized training experience.
- Assess: Dependant on a member’s individual needs, we perform various physical assessments such as checking basic body mechanics, paying close attention to any muscle imbalances; measure flexibility, strength, cardio endurance, and body composition; or take careful body measurements to get a baseline with which to measure your progress.
- Customize: We create comprehensive workout programs for you, taking into consideration your current fitness level, any past injuries or muscle weaknesses you may have, and how to safely progress exercises to ensure your fitness routine will continue to safely challenge you with your increasing fitness level.
- Motivate: Our passion is fueled by our clients’ success. Nothing makes us happier than seeing a client exceed his or her own expectations.
Most importantly, our trainers can help you reach your fitness goals more efficiently and effectively. The true value of personal training is not in the information that our personal trainers can offer or the exercise program sheet that the trainers can write out for you.
